Subject to the provision of this Service, JT shall convey traffic originated by subscribers of a Primary Service Provider’s retail access services to the interconnection path between the Primary Service Provider and JT and subsequently to the interconnection path between JT and the Licensee, provided the subscriber prefixes the full international dialing code, including the digits ‘00’ with the Carrier Access Code issued to the Licensee by the TRC.
This Service shall apply to traffic that is handed over to JT by the Primary Service Provider and subsequently by JT to the Licensee from a JT Interconnect Node in order to be routed efficiently to their point of termination by the Licensee. It is understood by both JT and the Licensee that traffic originated under this Service schedule by subscribers of the Primary Service Provider’s Retail Access Services shall not incur a retail charge for the traffic.
