Subject to the provision of this service, JT shall convey the international voice calls originated by a JT's Retail Access Service subscriber to the interconnection path between JT and the Licensee, provided that the subscriber has already made the necessary arrangements with JT and the Licensee as per the CPS Service Provisioning and Delivery Procedures adopted by the CS/CPS Industry Forum and approved by the TRC, and the Licensee shall have been issued a Carrier Access Code by the TRC.
The Carrier Preselection Traffic Origination service shall apply to calls that are handed over to the Licensee from a JT Interconnect Node in order to be routed by the Licensee efficiently and completed at their point of termination. JT in this case is called PSP (primary service provider) and the Licensee is called ASP (alternative service provider).
Calls originated under this service schedule by a JT’s Retail Access Service subscriber shall not incur a retail charge payable by the originating subscriber for the purpose of this Service Schedule. Carrier Selection Service offered under Service Schedule 122 overrides the Carrier Preselection Service offered under this "Carrier Preselection Traffic Origination" Schedule 123 offered by Jordan Telecom.
